HOW TO ORDER YOUR KEEPSAKE SWEATSHIRT

Thank you for reaching out to order your keepsake sweatshirt (KS)! We're so excited to work with you on this special order. This should help answer most of your questions but please let us know if you have any additional questions.

HOW IT WORKS

KS items (blankets, shirts) require a KS item or available fabric to be used. (A bodysuit can be used for two full sweatshirts.) The item can be dropped off or mailed directly to us. (Mailing instructions will be sent after order) Once we receive the item, we will pick a few thread options to match the product and item for your approval.

You can send us up to one item per letter.  Please only send the material that you would like us to use for the sweatshirt. All material that is unused will be sent back with the completed sweatshirt.

PICKUP and SHIPPING

TAT 2-3 weeks from when the keepsake item is received. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs of the onesie/sleeper(s) to the shop. But in return we will offer free shipping once the sweatshirt is completed. Free shipping will only apply to this product only; any additional items included in the order will incur a flat shipping fee.

OTHER

We are not held responsible for any onesie/sleeper(s) that may be damaged or lost during transit to and from our shop.

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on where to send your items. You may also drop them off at the address provided in the email.
