Processing Time
Because our products are custom-made, processing times may vary depending on the size and complexity of your order.
- Standard processing time: approximately 3–7 days for DTF orders and 1–2 weeks for embroidered items.
- During peak seasons or for custom/bulk orders, processing times may be longer.
- If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Our preferred shipping carriers are USPS and UPS. Delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
Local pickup is available for customers in the Weymouth, MA area. If selected at checkout, you’ll receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
Alari Design Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
